Level of finishing of Grand Sirena apartments:

The level of finishing of the three buildings will be in accordance with the highest construction standards and will incorporate substantial outer wall insulation. All apartments will have full air conditioning and windows will be double glazed, with wood-effect frames. Tiled floorings. Solid internal walls, smooth-plastered and painted. Ceilings smooth plastered and painted white. Each apartment will have quality wooden doors and a solid front door with security locks. Telephone, TV and Internet cable connections will be installed.

Aheloy:

Un petit point sur la carte, situé au bord de la mer Noire, le village Ahéloï se trouve en même temps près et loin. Il est près de la mer, de la nature, du calme et de la tranquilité. Il tire ses racines de l’histoire et de la culture anciennes et de l’identité nationale. Malgré qu’il se trouve sur le chemin qui lie les grandes villes de la côte de la Mer Noire, Ahéloï est loin des foules des villes, du vacarme et des sources de pollution industrielle.
A la différence des centres de récréation voisins, Ahéloï reste à côté de l’invasion des grands et surchargés complexes et établissements hôtelliers. Malgré le boom de la construction au bord de la Mer Noire, le village a sauvegardé son calme et tranquillité. Les gens locaux sont cordiaux et accueillants. Ici il n’y a pas de vastes constructions de masse, mais il y a de l’air frais, du calme et de la tranquillité.

Le village est à 34 kms du Centre départemental – la ville de Bourgas. Le centre de récréation et de cures Pomorié, connu grâce à ses bains à base de boue est seulement à 10 kms. Le village Ravda – une villégiature qui se développe vite, est à 3 kms, alors que le plus grand centre touristique sur la Mer Noire – Slantchev bryag /Sunny beach/, se trouve à 7 kms. La ville de Nessebar – un centre touristique unique de point de vue historique, culturel et architectural -, est incluse dans la liste d’Ionesco pour l’héritage culturel mondial et se trouve seulement à 7 kms du village.
